  • ImgLib is a set of C language routines that may find general use for image processing. They are available as Shareware -- any commercial use must be cleared in advance with Mark Cohen prior to use.
  • Analysis and Processing Utilities. These tools perform a variety of manipulations on image sets including format interchange, statistical analyses, quality control and so on. Most are document on our 'HowTo' pages . Most of these tools rely on ImgLib.

Downloading and compiling the source

  1. Proceed to the Software Download Site.
  2. Select the program you wish to download.
  3. Click: Submit
    The server will prepare a fresh tar file containing the most current sources and libraries.
  4. From the page which appears, download the sources and binaries by clicking on the hyperlink.
  5. Once downloaded, unpack the files. These are downloaded as compressed tar archives.
  6. Move all of the files from the libraries to the directory containing the source
  7. Type, make at the command line.
  8. If desired, move the newly created binary to a different directory.
