Evaluation copies of scan STAT are available for free evaluation to researchers at qualified academic instituions. If I am able to obtain public funding for continued development, I will continue to give out free copies of upgrades. Otherwise, upgrades to full working versions of scanSTAT will be sold for a fair market prices. For now, it is free.
