My main interests are broadly related to visual attention. Specifically, I am interested in both the bottom-up and top-down processes that influence attentional allocation. Some of my research investigates the roles of working memory content and priming in this guidance. Also, I am exploring how capacity-limited processes, such as subitizing (the ability to accurately enumerate small numbers of objects), result from attentional limitations.

I sincerely apologize that we have a long-standing and unresolved problem that users are unable to modify the database contents using their logins and passwords. I hope that we can fix this problem soon. In the meantime, I will try to do this manually as best I can.
