(Reprinted from OHBM mailing of Sept, 2006) The Face Perception Lab at Brandeis University seeks a research associate or post-doctoral fellow for a renewable one-year appointment. A half-time appointment is possible if desired by the candidate. Primary responsibilities involve data analyses and manuscript preparation for studies using fMRI to investigate face perception. This multi-year project is funded by a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health to Leslie Zebrowitz (PI, Brandeis University) and Itzhak Aharon (Co-PI, MGH-NMR Center). Prior experience with fMRI data analysis is required. Familiarity with research on the cognitive neuroscience of face perception is highly desirable. The successful candidate also should have strong writing skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
